In tandem with his Real Estate business, Dennis owns and operates one of Maryland’s most successful Wedding Officiating businesses. He has personally married over 250 couples since he started the business in 2017, and has won top awards from both WeddingWire and The Knot each and every year. This business allows him to continue to fuel his passion for consulting and guiding individuals and families through some of life’s largest events. It has only aided his Real Estate business in furthering the development of his communication, networking, and public speaking skills. Dennis graduated from Archbishop Curley High School in Baltimore, MD, in 2011, where he was captain of the baseball team, president of the National Honors Society and a member of the Mixed Martial Arts Club. From there, he attended Washington College in Chestertown, MD, where he was a Business Management major and a 2-year captain of the baseball team before graduating in 2015. Outside of work, Dennis can usually be found on his farm, Jolly Acres, in Reisterstown, MD, with his wife Liz, two Australian Shepherds, Chester and Biscotti, and many other pets and farm animals to include goats, pigs, ducks, chickens, bunnies barn cats and more. Dennis is also an avid outdoorsman and exercise enthusiast, actively engaged in Muay Thai, Archery, and other fun activities.

Melinda Mente

About Melinda Mente Born and raised in the local area, I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs—surrounded by both the vision of home transformation through my family’s remodeling company and the business acumen of those in commercial real estate. That foundation sparked my love for seeing a property’s potential and inspired me to build a career dedicated to helping people realize theirs. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus in Business Management from Towson University. My professional journey began early, at age 15, working for a local high-end children’s boutique where I learned the value of servicing the customer and hard work, plus running a client focused business. After college, I became a recruiter for a local financial staffing firm, followed by a role in mortgages and wholesale banking, where I built a strong foundation in the financial aspects of Real Estate. In 2008, after the housing bubble burst and losing my corporate job, my passion for real estate kept calling. With my second daughter on the way, I took a leap of faith into residential real estate—first supporting an agent in the REO space, then obtaining my license in 2014 and co-founding a high-performing real estate team. Over six years, we grew a top local team, which we later sold before I moved into leadership as the Vice President of a Coldwell Banker branch. That role solidified my greatest passion: developing and inspiring others. From recruiting and coaching agents to supporting leaders in running their offices, I became a trusted resource for strategies, best practices, and systems that drive growth. This opened the door to my current path as a National Learning Consultant with Coldwell Banker, where I have served our agents and leaders across the country for the last 3 years. My mission is simple: to empower realtors to sharpen their skills, strengthen their systems, and elevate their results. I believe the “secret sauce” lies in the right mindset, discipline, and consistency. Creating structure through building systems, having a daily schedule, and building relationships. When we educate and advise our communities, we not only create unforgettable client experiences—we build lasting, thriving businesses. And most of all, I’m excited to meet every one of you—to be someone you can turn to in a multitude of ways.
