About Agron Deski
Agron, a realtor blending technical talent with a passion for real estate. He holds a master’s in Mechanical and Manufacturing Systems Integration with a Robotics concentration from the Rochester Institute of Technology, complemented by a minor in Finance. Originally from the vibrant landscape of New York City for more than 15 years, Agron made the move to Maryland in 2021, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his role as a Mechanical Engineer/Researcher at a federal agency in Washington DC. He had been involved in a diverse array of interdisciplinary projects related to product design, development, research and development, and product launch. My role encompasses critical responsibilities such as providing product and R&D support, managing manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes, and collaborating on cutting-edge robotic projects.
Since 2021, Agron has delved into the world of real estate, guided by a mission to prioritize client satisfaction. His main goal is to turn clients’ housing aspirations into reality, advancing transparency throughout the details of buying and selling.
Beyond the real estate career, Agron’s enthusiasm for sports, particularly basketball, highlights his commitment to teamwork and excellence-a mindset that permeates his approach to client interactions.
