Kelly Doll entered the real estate industry in 2011 as an office administrator at a Prudential office, now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. After briefly working as an assistant, she realized the importance of having the right guidance and systems in place to truly understand the industry.
In 2017, Kelly joined The Maryland Home Team as a Closing Coordinator, where she embraced Michael Patterson’s vision of transaction coordination—handling everything from ratification to settlement, aside from negotiation items. Her focus has always been on keeping agents informed while freeing them up to do what they do best: sell more homes. As Kelly often says, her job is ultimately to make the agent look good.
When the office relocated to Hampden, Kelly accepted a position closer to home as an Office Administrator for a local Coldwell Banker office. However, she quickly realized how much she missed working directly in transactions. In 2019, she launched her own transaction coordination business, supporting agents who were too busy to manage everything alone but not yet ready to hire full-time staff.
Over the years, Kelly has continued supporting The Maryland Home Team and RE/MAX Ikon in various capacities, primarily as a Transaction Coordinator. Throughout that time, she has maintained her independent business, offering both clerical and transaction coordination services with a commitment to organization, efficiency, and exceptional support.
