Brittany Poist is a native of Hampstead, MD where she attended North Carroll High School. She went on to play lacrosse at the University of Maryland, and in 2011 graduated with her B.A. in History. During college, Poist also was a member of the US National Team. From 2011-2015 she was a collegiate head coach in Saint Louis, after which she took the head coaching position at a high school in Seattle. In 2017 she moved back to Baltimore to play professionally, and took a Retail Management position at Lacrosse Unlimited.

After growing up in South Jersey, Meghan graduated Towson University in 2007 with a degree in Communications and Marketing.
