As a former captain of the men’s basketball program at JC, Rodney prides himself on teamwork and leading by example. After graduating highschool, Rodney received a scholarship to continue playing basketball for the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where he later garnered his B.A. in the Management of Aging Services.
After graduating, Rodney worked in a variety of customer service and sales roles; holding multiple management positions as well as pursuing entrepreneurship endeavors too. Rodney eventually transitioned into property management, where he developed his skills business operations, project management, client retention, public speaking, and event management. After a year in property management, Rodney received his real estate license in 2019 and also became a visual inspector (lead inspector) in 2020. Outside of work, Rodney loves to spend time with friends and family, exercising, traveling and coaching youth league basketball.
Sophia Ellard is a native New Yorker who relocated to the Baltimore Area 27 years ago to study Music and History at Morgan State University. Sophia has a vast knowledge base as an Admin/Support person in various industries with the majority of those years being in Insurance and Property Management. Johnathan is a Maryland native who has lived in a number of different parts of the state. Johnathan is very detail oriented, and known by his peers for taking initiative, and his ability to motivate those around him. He has years of experience in sales and customer service from his former time spent as a car salesman, leasing consultant, assistant property manager, and operating his own Real Estate investing company. For the last 9 years Lana has been holding leading roles in finance working for a Fortune 500 company. Lana has a master’s degree in Economics and Regional studies. Nicole Boarman has always had a natural passion for architecture and home design. As a young child, she would reimagine her childhood home and dream of one day being an architect or an interior designer. These were the first steps into her career in real estate, which has spanned over 7 years and counting!
While In school, she took drafting and Computer-Aided Design classes & began working for Builders First choice and Columbia Builders. After which Nicole was recruited into the construction field when her experience with CAD and reading plans became a skill required for the job. She managed the new construction of $1M+ homes — helping builders, architects, and homeowners imagine their new space and managing the process from the very first estimate, to the final completion of the new home.
Nicole later worked with Cigna Healthspring for the next 10 years, assisting families and nursing home staff with residents’ insurance needs, but felt a longing to go back to her passion in home design, construction & sales.

Nychol is a Boston native who just moved to the Baltimore County area, to pursue her new career path in real estate. After graduating from Howard University in 2017, Nychol briefly took a position with the Washington Redskins in their Public Relations department before returning to her alma mater to serve as the interim Sports Information Director. Before that, she served as an intern for Paramount Pictures/Europa Corp, Sirius XM, ESPN’s “The Undefeated” and at NBC 4 Washington News.
As a newcomer to the NSR team, Nychol brings an extensive sales background in wholesale industrial supplies. Her most recent inside sales role with HD Supply White Cap involved price negotiations for government contractors, state highway approved jobs, and historic restoration projects. Before her
Nychol was happy with her results at the wholesaling supplies level but was ready for a bigger and better challenge in the real estate industry. Prabh holds a Bachelor’s in Biological Science from Rutgers University, and worked as a researcher for the Dept. of Surgery, University of Maryland, School of Medicine. The lab’s focus was to eliminate the need of immunosuppressant drugs after an organ transplant. Extreme caution was necessary, teaching Prabh to perform well under pressure while fine tuning her attention to detail, critical thinking, time management and data analysis skills that are just as essential in real estate.
