James was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire home buying process. This was our first home buying experience, which can be unnerving, but James put all our concerns at ease. He took the time to know what we wanted and wouldn't accept anything less. With his help we found the perfect house. Local Knowledge: James has a vast knowledge of Baltimore City and was able to help guide us to the areas that would meet our needs. He knew the specifics of the neighborhoods and even why certain blocks were more desirable than others. Process Expertise: As this was out first home, we had no idea of the process. James took the time to explain every step in advance, so there were no surprises. He did not push any products or services, but always had great recommendations (Loans, Inspectors, Title Company, etc.). Responsiveness: We are not sure if he sleeps!! James answered most phone calls (office and cell) immediately and if not, we got a call within a few hours. Emails were returned almost instantaneously. His philosophy is that any house you are interested in could be the one and he makes sure you are the first to see it. Every house we asked about, he had it ready to be shown to us the next day at our convenience. Negotiation Skills: No one knows the market better than him and he always fought hard on our behalf. What I am most thankful for is his unselfish concern for his clients. He took the time to get to know us and our wants/needs. We placed an offer on a house we thought was the best available, but maybe wasn't exactly our dream home. James helped negotiate, but when the counter offer was less than ideal, he asked, "Do you love this house?" Our answer was no. He responded, "Then walk away. We will find the perfect one." And that is exactly what happened. I can't say enough good things about working with James.

Beth was nothing short of spectacular. After two disappointing selling price estimates from other realtors, Beth recommended substantially higher and could see the potential in our house. She made excellent suggestions for minor improvements prior to listing. She clearly spared no expense on her marketing materials (including the work by multiple photographers - still pics, 3D-tour, and drone pictures). Her entire team was professional and top notch, and overall selling approach was excellent. Beth was responsive throughout the process - immediately returning emails and calls. Our house was under contract within a few days! She was extremely helpful with negotiations, and navigated us through a quick close. We always felt she had our best interest in mind. We simply can not say enough good things about her and her team.

My sister and I have had many meetings, tours and email conversations with Deb Randall. To tell the truth, we aren't even sure we're going to buy a place in Heritage Harbor, but we knew the first time we met Deb that she is an expert on that community. Even though we are probably more than a year away from buying, Deb quickly responds to questions and behaves as though she has all the time in the world for us when we look at properties.
