She goes so over and above what anyone could reasonably expect from getting multiple contractors' estimates--plumbers, electricians, landscapers, general contractors-- meeting contractors at the house so I didn't have to take off work and even delivering my payments. She kept me informed every step of the way with feedback from all showings and suggestions based on that feedback. We asked Jennifer to be our agent to sell my mother's home. Mom was leaving the home to go into retirement and was very sad to leave.
