After first moving into the area, we accidentally got caught up with one of the bigger realty groups. We felt bullied, hassled and pressured as they pulled us into their office and put a contract in front of us. They only wanted to sell us their homes. Didn't listen to our needs. We got out of that very quickly, and decided to contact the person our amazing finance guy recommended.

During our home buying experience, we got to compare Shannon Smith side-by-side with a listing agent from one of the bigger companies. There was no comparison. We witnessed care versus apathy first-hand. Shannon Smith was always there for us, while the listing agent was barely visible. At closing, Shannon Smith advocated for us while simultaneously entertaining our children, while the listing agent disinterestedly picked at her phone.
