Shannon Smith is the one stop shop for all real estate in this area. I'll add that you need a lot of patience with home byers like us who are all over the place in terms of preferences, locations, and budget. With all the work she has going on, she's always finds a way to meet with us and I never feel rushed or pressured. She also has a great team supporting her and I can say nothing but good things about them too!
