I am not easy to please, especially since I was in commercial real estate, and know how this world works. James Weiskerger is fantastic! First, he is insane in the best possible way. I was not even a client, but merely told him I was looking for a certain type of home, and he treated me like I had been a customer for 30 years. He was sending us listings every day, and not frivolous ones, but ones that genuinely matched our narrow criteria. This means that he was not only trying to be helpful, but also paying attention to us, despite having no idea whether I was a total flake! This meant a lot to me, because it confirmed that he treats all of his clients like gold, regardless of who they are. This is important. He found us our current home, and helped us with every step of the process, even if we had a question at 10pm! Plus, he took time to explain things, and tell me WHY he recommended certain decisions. It was refreshing... I will only use him and his firm if we move again, and I happily referred him to three people who are close to me, and each one has been as happy as I am. Bottom line with James W. ... He is hungry, smart and organized! He is what you want in a real estate agent. If you aren’t happy with James, then you are probably a dope, and nobody was going to make you happy.

Jennifer was an amazing partner in the sale of our home. We found out about James & W Home Group through a friend's recommendation and trusted them enough to buy our home sight unseen - that should tell you everything you need to know!! James also has an extensive network that allowed us to meet many reliable professionals when it comes to buying and selling a home. Shannon Smith helped me to find and buy my first home. I had been looking for quite some time, but was always a little nervous about reaching out for help. A friend recommended Shannon Smith and she was wonderful. Despite the busy (and non-flexible) schedule of a teacher, Shannon Smith found time, mostly in the evening and on holidays when schools were closed, to show me homes in several cities around Baltimore, MD. She was even able to forward me information about a specific company who worked on the house months after closing. In addition, her team works very well together, so the support system is solid.
