There are thousands of realtors to choose from. Jill is hands down the best of the best. She gets to know you and exactly what you are looking for, is detail oriented, and has the best negotiating skills I have ever witnessed. My only wish was that Zillow would allow me to give her more than 5 stars because it is warranted.

Choosing Kaitlin was the best real estate decision I made. She has excellent knowledge of the area and of the housing market. She has many valuable connections (lender, inspector, appraiser, etc.) that were very useful to me during my housing search. Kaitlin was always flexible and quick to respond to calls, texts, and emails. I truly felt like her number one priority.

Working with Shannon Smith was a breeze! While making an extremely impromptu move across country, I stumbled upon a zillow listing she was representing. After a one page questionaire, she sent over 10-15 other listings all fiting or exceeding my expectations just a few hours later. Reviewing the listings was on a simple zillow-like page and allowed me to favorite/like/remove each listing. Once I picked out several we were able to arrange a time to view them all within a few short hours. While handling everything else with a big move, this made life so much easier than multiple trips! Shannon Smith made sure to point out positives and negatives at each location that I likely would have missed otherwise. Having picked the top three listings, she set to work on getting all the paperwork between parties. All papers can be signed electronically or in person, I choose electronic and yet again couldn't have been happier with the process in terms of ease and security. Shannon Smith even stopped by my office twice to get checks or drop off information!! Throughout the process she had a great attidute and always kept me informed of every detail needed. Will definitely be suggesting her to anyone looking to move.

Jameson was the best! When we started looking for houses, he gave us email updates on new listings and was very quick to respond when we had questions or wanted to see a house. He was knowledgeable about the area and offered great advice with aspects of the process that we didn't think about.
