First, let me start by saying Julia is absolutely amazing at her job!!! If you are looking for dedicated knowledgeable realtor Julia is your girl. Within 3 months the whole process was done. We beat out multiple offers on the new home, had all inspections and estimates done and settled. Our current home went on the market. Within 2 days it was under contract. And then just like that the settlement process was all done. Julia was present for all of the new home inspections when we couldn’t be due to being on vacation. She handled everything and communicated everything with us. Julia made this process a breeze. Without her I may have gone insane. James and team went above and beyond the normal realtor process of buying a home - they scheduled inspections, scheduled any necessary repair work (have their own network of contractors), so all was completed in a timely manner.
