While selling our home we lived out of state. She made sure that workmen were supervised, she coordinated appointments and expedited completion of work. Kellie is a great negotiator (we got full list price for our house). She's always working for you but has such a pleasant demeanor that people are more flexible and accommodate her suggestions. We could not recommend The W Home Group more! James was our realtor and as first time home buyers answered every question we had (and there were many) and walked us through the steps of the process. He always answered faster than we could ask for and was such a pleasure to work with. When James could not make a viewing of a house we wanted to see last minute, he sent Ally to take us to a few houses, and she was also wonderful! From just looking, to the offer, negotiations, recommendations, the office staff that helped with settlement and closing... can not say more wonderful things about this group! Mike Myslinski is fantastic! He helped us find our first home and made the whole process easy and comfortable. He pulled a lot of favors for us, and found us a home that wasn't even on the market yet! He was quick to reply to messages and great at accommodating our schedules (night shift). Even after the closing date, he's still there for us to answer questions and give referrals. We highly recommend working with him!
