After this horrible year of isolation I decided I needed a place near my kids (and grandkids) and contacted Avatar for my real estate needs. Avatar treated me like I was the most important client she had and stayed on top of all the details needed to get this property sold... even though my purchase was definitely small potatoes for her. I really appreciated her laid back approach and her attention to details. She listened to what I was looking for, and when she found it she made sure I pounced on it before it slipped away. She has a very good eye for property plusses and minuses which is very helpful if you are new to the market, or new to home buying. I HIGHLY recommend Avatar.

Jill is a great human to have in your corner when buying a HOME. You have to choose the right person to be engaged on your behalf and find the home you want - someone like Jill that will have patience - but will also give it to you straight. I didn't want the proverbial "Yes man". Jill said no sometimes when I asked for things, and then explained why. As a first-time buyer, I had dozens of questions and some of them required Jill to do some research which she did without complaint and got back to me quickly. I expected a lot with a large purchase like a new home and Jill sensed that. She is a pro at connecting to clients with care, thoughtful consideration, timeliness, and professionalism. She wasn't pushy at all, gave me some points for consideration, and then waited for me to pull the trigger.
