My husband and I cannot recommend James and his team highly enough! We initially found James through an online search and worked with him as sellers in Baltimore County. From the first meeting, James was extremely knowledgeable, direct, and fast. He got our house ready for listing within 1 week of our first meeting, and within 2 weeks, there were tons of foot traffic. James advised us every part of the way using data, experience, and logic. His advice turned out to be extremely accurate, and we were able to sell our house above listing price. Several months later, we were looking for our 2nd home - this time as buyers, and once we decided to buy in Howard County, we reached back out to James to request he be our agent, even though we weren't even sure that was a region he covered. As our buyers agent through a lot of uncertainties due to COVID, James and his team (especially Sophia and Chrissy) made the process as painless as possible.
