Gus is a hard working, competitive and thoughtful person. No realtor will serve you better. I lived in my home for twenty-five years and needed the technically savvy expertise Gus was able to offer. He put my listing on so many computer websites, I was inundated with showings and eventually offers. He also found me an excellent company, Wee Haul Junk, to help me with the enormous task of removing the excess stuff I had accumulated all those years. Gus sold my house and working with him was a pleasure.

This was the first time buying a home and I am so grateful to have had Julia as my realtor. Julia has an extensive knowledge of her field and instills confidence in the way she can clearly explain the process to her clients. Julia can build a strong contract without putting her clients at risk - which they could later regret (like many others did when buying a home in 2022). Julia also has an incredible network of inspectors, lenders, contractors, etc. that we’re all trustworthy and amazing to work with – I learned that I could trust whoever she recommended and would not regret it. Of course, Julia is incredibly prompt and will regularly follow up and take any actions of hers quickly, but it’s really her level of consistency and care that makes her truly stand out. Even now, several months after buying my home, I know I can reach out and ask a question and she will still be as responsive and caring as she was during the home buying process. I would absolutely work with Julia again and will recommend her to my friends and family.

I worked with Shannon Smith to sell my home in Baltimore, MD in 2020, and she went above and beyond through every step. A few days before closing, when I was in the middle of the stress of moving, we had a last minute plumbing issue to take care of. She contacted the plumber I had previously worked with to come back out to my house to ensure it was fixed properly. It was such a relief for her to have my back during one of the most stressful periods!
