BEST REALTOR EVER!!!!!!!! (My mom I literally screamed this as we left her office on settlement day) I got recommended to James Weiskerger from one of my previous landlords. He set me up with one of his associates, Avatar Harris. Being a first time home buyer it is very important to get assistance from a knowledgeable and caring person. Avatar was this plus more. She made sure that I could find the home of my dreams at a cheap price while not being taken advantage of from people trying to gt rid of faulty homes/etc. She was never hesitant to give her honest opinion on homes that were not up to par which helped so much in making the proper decision on a home. I went in and out of the market of buying a home for a year and Avatar was all ears every single time I would ask to see a home. In that entire year, it was easily forgotten that Avatar was my realtor because it always felt like a day out looking at homes with a friend. Overall, she is awesome. I couldn't ask for more in a realtor.
