In fact, on more than one occasion he told me point blank that the property wasn’t worth the investment and to keep looking. As far as any questions I had or requests to set up appointments, his responsiveness was amazing. Questions were answered and showings confirmed within a few hours. He also has a dedicated team available that can step in if there are any scheduling conflicts, so I never once felt like I wasn’t a priority. This was not our first time buying a house, but it made my partner and I desperately wish that Julia had been our realtor the first time around.
