And I went though many real estate agents; there were communication problems and I would regularly see properties that were above my price range or outside of areas that I was interested in. Next Step Realty was recommended to me by 2 friends who had recently purchased a home. That is where I met Meghan and we found my first home within 3 showings!! She was on point with communication and wanted a clear understanding of what I was looking for before taking me out. Those were great aspects, but the thing that I respected most was her candor; when visiting those three homes she pointed out things that would be of concern on home inspections and what she liked among the properties we looked at. She was most concerned in giving me all the information then trying to push a property that was on the upper end of my of my budget.

She has been responsible for the sale of two properties within my family and the purchase of one condo for my sister. Appreciation and highest regards cannot be overstated for her prompt professionalism and attention to the most minute details. Her exceptional work ethic proved exhausting to some family members but we endeavored to keep up. Our results within the housing market have been most rewarding due solely to Deb's unyielding efforts. My only complaint, if there ever was one...she sold my Mom's townhouse the same day it was placed on the market, which caused an unexpected anxiety in preparing for a move that we all thought would come a little later than what actually happened! The preparation and marketing of the sale of my Mom's property resulted in a flawless ease and transition from one environment to another. Given my Mom's age, this could not have been more apropos. If you want your house sold go with this group! Ryan was our realtor and the standards are absolutely amazing. We have zero hesitation throughout the process and our house sold extremely fast. Every single little question answered and tons of recommendations on other companies to use (title, inspection, lender, etc). We never hesitated or questioned those recommendations which made the process so much easier since we didn’t have to shop around. Made the whole experience that much easier. Highly recommend!
