A Letter to Our Clients- COVID-19 Update

Valued clients, friends, and colleagues,

We know that these past few days have brought more stress and uncertainty as updates continue to be shared. We want to take a moment and reassure you that we are still here to help you with your real estate needs.

After extensively reviewing the directives and resources from the state and national government, as well as comprehensive guidance from our oversight groups, we maintain that indeed, real estate is still allowed at this time.

Our office spaces might be closed, but our agents and team are active and ready to help!

We are adhering to the recommendations made in the Maryland Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information for Business website for any businesses not explicitly outlined in the essential business category from the Executive Order. This information offers, “…that we encourage all employers to find alternative ways to allow employees to continue working, like teleworking. We also encourage companies to find other methods to continue providing services, whether that is through remote-assistance or off-site delivery services.” Additionally, we continue to follow the direction put forth by the state government for appropriate business operations regarding CDC guidelines.

Because of dynamic technology and amazing partnerships in our real estate industry and beyond, we have the ability to continue to serve our clients without jeopardizing health and wellness. We can easily fulfill the government’s expectations to work creatively and wisely during this time.

So, in summary, we are:

Continuing with business-as-usual but operating within the guidelines put forth regarding social distancing and limiting all non-essential travel. Our offices are closed, but our agents and team are still working!

Continuing with business as you feel comfortable. We will continue to provide resources and support in every aspect of the real estate journey. We understand that this time can feel overwhelming or uncertain, so please reach out if you have any concerns or questions.
