Saved homes, comparison lists, searches, open-house plans, local guides, move plans and personal notes are stored in this browser. They do not automatically sync to another device or enroll you in email or text alerts.

Clearing these preferences removes the saved homes and planning data from this browser. It does not delete your account or inquiries submitted to an agent.

Your account and inquiries

When you submit an inquiry, the contact details and message you provide are stored with your account and the selected home or professional. Access to inquiries and private client records is checked on the server. Submitting a tour preference does not confirm an appointment or sign a representation agreement.

Search, location and media

Listing searches are sent to our data providers to retrieve available properties. Nearby search asks for browser permission and uses an approximate location for that search; device coordinates are not included in saved searches.

Listing images, community maps, videos and documents may load from external providers, which receive normal connection information such as an IP address. Optional AI search sends the text you enter for interpretation. Avoid confidential information in search fields.
