Next Step Realty is excited to announce the addition of three new full time employees: James Harper (Media Manager), Sophia Ellard (Transaction Coordinator), & Michelle Apostolov (Office Manager/Bookkeeper)! The brokerage is reigning in 2021 with exponential growth and is proud to welcome new people to the family.

James Harper is the new in-house media manager who will be responsible for all things photography and videography, ranging from home photos to special projects. James is a multi faceted creative specializing in photo and video. He has worked as a real estate photographer over the last 5 years perfecting his craft, while gaining experience in customer service and staying up to date with trends. When it comes to delivering, he has an attention to detail that ensures your house receives the best representation possible by any medium. He looks forward to meeting you, and assisting your agent in the process of selling your home!

Sophia Ellard is joining the Next Step Realty Team as a Transaction Coordinator! With the addition of many new agents to the brokerage, Sophia will provide endless support and Next Step is excited to see her grow! Sophia Ellard is a native New Yorker who relocated to the Baltimore Area 27 years ago to study Music and History at Morgan State University. Sophia has a vast knowledge base as an Admin/Support person in various industries with the majority of those years being in Insurance and Property Management. She believes in the strength of building good relationships and her positive outlook drives her ability and willingness to help others. She enjoys what she does, and it is reflected in the service she provides to team members as well as clients. Sophia enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and baking. She also loves sports and when she’s not talking basketball with her sons she is cheering on the Ravens while still showing love for the home team (Go Giants!) She also keeps herself busy in her church and community activities and you might even find her teaching a Zumba class. Sophia believes that Perspective is Everything!!

Finally, Michelle Aposotolov is bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to her role of Office Manager and Bookkeeper! Michelle has spent the majority of life in Howard, Harford and Baltimore County. After graduating from Lincoln Technical Institute in Columbia, from the IT Program, she began working for the company in the Admissions Department. She then moved onto to work for a locally owned property management & development company, specializing in residential, mini-storage and commercial properties. There she held the roles of Executive Assistant to the VP and Senior Property/Asset Manager. She gained a vast array of knowledge in asset management and was responsible for every aspect of operating 1.1 million square feet of commercial property in her portfolio. She also worked at a real estate investment firm as the Executive Assistant to the President. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and volunteering.
