Commitment to the Black Community

Next Step Realty shares their company letter

Next Step Really, a local brokerage serving all of Maryland, recently sent out a letter to the company in response to their support of the black community. Next Step shared their mindset during this tumultuous time in our country by sharing a written announcement with the brokerage, as well as posting to their social media accounts with strong messages of solidarity with the Black community.

In addition to using their platforms to share support, Next Step has also committed to increasing diversity training for both personal and professional growth, as well as working proactively with Black-owned businesses when possible.

Next Step has also made a donation to Baltimore Ceasefire, a local organization which reminds us to honor every life that Baltimore loses, to use the pain to be better to one another, and to work even harder to heal violence. Baltimore Ceasefire’s goals are “for everyone in the city to commit to zero murders…and serve as a hub for organizations and citizens to support one another, work together, and share resources with the goal of seeing an end to murder in Baltimore City.”
