Realty Rated 12th in the Greater Baltimore Area
Next Step Realty, a local brokerage serving all of Maryland real estate, edged out six other businesses to claim the number 12 spot on the ‘Largest Residential Real Estate Firm in the Greater Baltimore area’ list.
“We are grateful for the opportunity to have the evolution and growth of our brokerage highlighted through such a prestigious publication.” said co-owner James Weiskerger. Weiskerger was quick to add that there is still work to be done since there are still a few more companies ahead of the brokerage.
In just six years, however, Next Step has grown tremendously. Within the last few months alone, the brokerage has grown by over 20 new agents and employees combined. Plus, “with three offices conveniently located in the Lutherville-Timonium, Fells Point, and Annapolis area we have the ability to connect with a wide variety of clients and we are continuously looking for ways to connect with more people,” added co-owner Kelly Schuit.
The Baltimore Business Journal complies information for this list by conducting surveys at real estate firms across the greater Baltimore area each year. New information is submitted to compile a final list that is released to the public midyear.
