Next Step Really, a local brokerage serving all of Maryland real estate, recently announced the welcoming of their new administrator Brittany Poist! She brings excellent support and enthusiasm to our agents at Next Step.

Brittany will be working on marketing and outside sales for the brokerage, as well as supporting NSR agents. Brittany is a driven individual, energized by new challenges and a dynamic working environment, which is why she decided to make a switch in careers to real estate and jumped at the chance to work for Next Step!

Brittany Poist is a native of Hampstead, MD where she attended North Carroll High School. She went on to play lacrosse at the University of Maryland, and in 2011 graduated with her B.A. in History. During college, Poist also was a member of the US National Team. From 2011-2015 she was a collegiate head coach in Saint Louis, after which she took the head coaching position at a high school in Seattle. In 2017 she moved back to Baltimore to play professionally and took a Retail Management position at Lacrosse Unlimited.

Brittany is excited to apply her outgoing personality and work ethic to a new industry built on relationships and hustle. Currently, when not in the office, Brittany coaches club lacrosse, runs a training program called Prep4Lax, and hangs out with her dog Lucy!

Next Step Realty welcomes Brittany with open arms!
