JR Macadoff is a Maryland real estate agent who works with home buyers and sellers. After graduating from Towson University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, he discovered that his skill set and intimate knowledge of the state of Maryland were perfectly suited for him to grow into a top-notch real estate professional. J.R.’s enthusiasm for helping others coupled with his communication expertise refined in the service industry, allows him to build meaningful relationships with clients and provide them with unmatched loyalty and dedication. He prides himself in his ability to maintain a calm, stress-free environment in all relations, providing prompt responses to all questions, and exhausting himself at the whims of his clients.
When he is not assisting his real estate clients, he spends his time exploring the ever-evolving real estate world so that he can provide an up to date understanding of current real estate standards, policies, and trends. As a local bartender (7 years) and Howard County resident of 28 years, he possesses a passionate familiarity with the diverse culture and communities that make up one of the most prominent counties in the state. When he is not sharpening his craft, you will find him bouncing around the DMV looking for the best places to wine and dine with his family, friends, and clients.
