Next Step Realty’s Commitment During COVID-19

Next Step Realty shares their commitment to clients during uncertain times.

Next Step Really, a boutique brokerage serving all of Maryland real estate, recently released their directives on assisting clients through current tumultuous times. In regards to how the COVID-19 restrictions and concerns have affected real estate, Next Step shared that, “Our office spaces might be closed, but our agents and team are active and ready to help!”

The team has taken extensive measures to ensure that all proceedings that can be accomplished remotely, will be, while providing items like gloves, shoe covers, and sanitizer at all home locations where clients may require a walkthrough. Next Step states, “We are adhering to the recommendations made in the Maryland Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information for Business website…[and] Because of dynamic technology and amazing partnerships in our real estate industry and beyond, we have the ability to continue to serve our clients without jeopardizing health and wellness. We can easily fulfill the government’s expectations to work creatively and wisely during this time.”

Indeed, the need for real estate support for many individuals remains, even during a stressful time such as this. Next Step summarizes their plans by sharing that they will:

Continue with business-as-usual, but operate within the guidelines put forth regarding social distancing and limiting all non-essential travel.

Continue with business as clients feel comfortable…[Next Step] will continue to provide resources and support in every aspect of the real estate journey and understand that this time can feel overwhelming or uncertain, so remain available to all for any support needed.

Next Step is a strong part of the Maryland community and celebrates the resiliency of the state, while looking forward to a strong future after COVID-19.
