Next Step Realty is excited to announce the current status of their accomplishments in people & business
Next Step Realty, a local brokerage serving all of Maryland real estate, is thrilled to announce the progress made within their organization year-to-date during 2020. Throughout this year, Next Step Realty has brought on twenty-three new agents to consistently add more value in being Maryland’s top local brokerage. While serving over five-hundred clients so far this year, they have also introduced two new teams to their roster: The Beth Engel Group along with Jojo & Associates. Additionally, Next Step continues to grow by hiring four new full-time employees along with hosting two summer interns.
With the help of their agents spread across three local offices, Next Step increased their year-to-date amount of homes sold by thirty, equalling to more than four-hundred and seventy-five homes sold thus far. Year over year, their average sales price has increased by $75,000, making this year’s average home sale price at $385,000.
Next Step has accumulated over $185M in total volume year-to-date, which is already $48M greater than their prior year.
Though 2020 has been a unique and sometimes challenging year, these YTD and Q3 numbers prove that “it matters who you work with”.
