These terms explain text messaging from Next Step Realty when you choose to receive SMS communications.

Consent and message types

You may opt in through the SMS consent option on our website forms. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. You can leave the consent box unchecked. Depending on your request and consent, messages may concern property inquiries, appointment reminders, meeting notifications, employment opportunities, or support.

Frequency and carrier charges

Message frequency varies with the communication and your interactions with us. Your carrier’s standard message and data charges may apply. Check your mobile plan for the charges relevant to your service.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to a message to opt out. You may also contact Next Step Realty directly to request removal. Reply HELP for assistance, use our Contact page, or call 443.901.2200.
