Next Step Realty was recognized for its accomplishments

Next Step Really, a local brokerage serving all of Maryland, was recently named a top 500 Independent brokerage firm by Real trends.

Next Step Realty was recognized as the 208th best independent firm in the country, with having 543 total confirmed transactions. Since opening in 2014, Next Step has grown quickly. They have 3 offices across Maryland, providing first class services to clients. Next Step takes pride in their growth and the recognition from Real Trends but also understand this is just the beginning.

There were over 1,700 qualified brokerage firms, but only 500 made the Real Trends list based on their performance in the market. The Real Trends 500 has been around for 33 years and remains the unquestioned leader in ranking the performance of residential real estate service firms in the country.

This acknowledgment of Next Step’s achievement demonstrates the care they have for their clients and their commitment to growth. Being recognized as one of the best brokerages in the country is a great accomplishment, but Next Step knows that they can achieve higher goals and accomplishments in 2020 and beyond.
